Recruitment Qrs-

The guards are required, keeping in mind the personality and profile desired by the client. Our essential recruitment QRS are-

  • Must be physically fit and mentally robust.

  • Minimum height should be 5ft 6inches.

  • Should be minimum matriculate but intermediates are preferred and age in the span of 18-45 years.

  • Should be able to read and write in Hindi and English and should have a high level of QT.

Training

We are fully alive to the necessity of training at all levels to ensure quality of service and client satisfaction. We believe in optimum attention being paid to selection and training processes.

We carries out training at basic, refresher and specialized levels. New entrants are put through basic training schedule and are than given on job training for 2-3 days before being put on duty. The older stuff are put through refresher training at regular intervals. Specialised training and supervisory training is imparted on as required basis. Training is conducted in the form of lectures, Group discussion, Practical exercises and Demonstrations , Audio visual aids are fully utilized in the conduct of training.
