Served in border security force for more than three decades. He has actively participated in operations of Indo-Bangladesh in 1971 and in Pakistan in Eastern Theatre. He had been an instructor of specialized training / courses at BSF Premier Training Institute and Centre of Excellence for number of years. During in BSF he had commanded troops at every theatre of international border, including line of control in Punjab, Jammu and Kashmir and Eastern Theatre. He had commanded Battalions in Punjab during pick up militancy as well as counter insurgency environment. He had held most important staff appointment at higher headquarters and also commanded sector as Deputy Inspector General in Srinagar and Baramulla. He has also commanded in training center school. He held the post of principal staff officer at BSF Headquarter Eastern Command which texes care of entire Indo-Bangladesh border and also battalions deployed on left wing extremist operations in Eastern region. He is regularly invited on various TV channels as an expert security analyst. He is currently holding the position of the chief advisor ( Operations / Training ) of Anthem Security Guard Private Limited.
Served in an elite force viz. Border Security Force for more than 39 years. He actively took part in Operations on Indo-Pak and Indo-Bangladesh International borders since 1977 and retired from BSF on 31st, January 2017. He was also on deputation with "National Security Guard "(NSG) for the period of 1994 to 1999 and performed the duties with VIP , VVIP’s security squadron. He is decorated with prestigious medals for his sincerity, dedication and hard working nature. He has also performed the Staff officers duties at BSF headquarters in New Delhi as well as Headquarter special DG (Eastern command). He underwent various important courses with regards to physical training and latest weaponry and commanded the troops under his command with the right manner.
Shri Parasar Roy born on 23rd August 1992 and completed his graduation in B.Com (Accountancy) from Calcutta University. Shri Roy looking after the duties as Joint Director of Anthem Security Guards Private Limited. He mainly looking after the Administrative / Accounts wing of the company. He is very energetic, laborious, young member of the company Who always takes keen interest in all activities of the company apart from his specified duties.
Shri Apurba Kumar Ghosh, born on 22nd January 1965 and joint Border Security Force in the year of 1986. Shri Ghosh took his voluntary retirement on 31st October 2017, after completion of 31 years of glorious service as Sub Inspector. During his entire period of service he underwent Platoon Weapon, Sniper, Map reading and Bomb Disposal courses and achieved outstanding result. During his entire service he had been awarded by Senior Officers from time and again and also awarded DG BSF Disc and Commendation roll in the year of 2014. Shri Ghosh after this retierment he joined and Anthem Security Guard Private Limited on 1st November 2017 as Administrative Manager.
